For android download the APK file and watch the Youtube video to install it -
For PC just download the EXE file and run it.
This game is not a virus so you can run the files without any risk of infecting your PC or phone, however android or Windows can show warnings but ignore them. If this game was to be a virus it has to be shut off from itch.io long ago.
